1. Purpose and Description of the Service

1.1. Nature and Purpose of the Service: The Platform exclusively provides technical analysis tools and algorithmic indicators ('The Service') for the purpose of assisting the User in research, analysis, and strategic planning of their operations in financial markets. The Service is offered for educational and informational purposes only.

1.2. Exclusion of Regulated Services: The User expressly accepts and acknowledges that our entity is NOT an exchange or a trading platform, NOT a broker or financial intermediary, NOT an investment or financial advisor, nor a capital manager. The Service does NOT facilitate the execution of buy or sell orders in real markets.

1.3. Exclusive User Responsibility: The User is solely and exclusively responsible for any investment or trading decisions they make, regardless of the information or indicators provided by the Platform. Past performance of any indicator is not a guarantee of future results, and use of the Service does not guarantee profits or the mitigation of losses.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1. Registration Requirements: To access the Service, the User must be of legal age and register by providing a valid email address. Given the non-transactional nature of the Service, we do not require or perform identity verification (KYC) procedures.

2.2. Interaction with External Accounts: The Platform does not connect to or require access to the credentials or funds of broker or exchange accounts. The User must apply the results and analysis generated by the tool manually and at their own risk on any third-party trading platform.

3. Payments, Licenses, and Refunds

3.1. Payment and License Modalities: Access to the Service is granted through a temporary license, according to the following modalities:

• (a) Monthly Subscription (Fiat): Recurring payment managed by the Stripe processor. Renewal is automatic until canceled by the User.
• (b) One-Time Payment License (Crypto): A non-automatically renewable license, granted for a defined period of days. Access automatically ceases upon expiration of the term.

3.2. Affiliate Programs and Promotions: The terms, conditions, and duration of benefits or discounts obtained through affiliate programs with third parties (brokers, exchanges, etc.) shall be governed by the specific agreements communicated to the User at the time of purchase.

3.3. NO Refund Policy: The User acknowledges and accepts that, due to the intangible and immediately accessible nature of the software and indicators, the company operates under a strict NO refund policy. No money-back guarantees, refundable trial periods, or partial refunds for unused license time are provided. The acquisition of the license constitutes acceptance of this policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Risk Warning

4.1. Risk Warning and Assumption: The User fully understands and assumes that trading and investing in financial markets with leverage, cryptocurrencies, or any other asset carries a high risk of total or partial loss of invested capital. The User personally assumes all risks related to these activities.

• (a) The use or inability to use the Service.
• (b) Any failure, interruption, inaccuracy, error, or omission in the indicators, data, or information provided.
• (c) Any action, trading decision, or inaction taken by the User based on information from the Platform.

4.3. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. The company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.
